Thank you for your support, prayers, hope, and encouragement.  Darren is in critical condition after a hemorrhagic stroke. The family is going to need financial support to get through this difficult time.  As we approach the second week of  critical care, we want  again to thank all of you  for your generosity,  thoughts and prayers. It is a long journey and we will keep you updated throughout.

We would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, gifts and prayers during this difficult time. I wanted to share with  you that I and Katie are Darren's father and mother in laws. We live California but are staying in Olympia Washington now in order to support our family.  This has and will allow Melanie and the boys to be with Darren as much as possible during this recovery period and not have to worry about the medical insurance side of this illness,  on going bill payments,  and other financial aspects of a family. We have already begun to utilize your gifts for uninsured/uncovered medical expenses and to stay current on other expenses in the event that Darren  goes on disability and loses his normal earning power.

Darren's family from Singapore has been in Olympia and will return this week to be  with Darren and at Braeden's Graduation.
