Hello. I hope you're well. My name is Michael Christopher and I am in need of a kidney transplant.
It's the 36th anniversary of my natural born day. This year has been a major change in life. I've recently started dialysis in November 2018 due to End Stage Renal Disease. I asking for help in many ways. First ask you to put me in your thoughts and prayers. Secondly, I need a kidney to not have to be on dialysis 12 hours a week.
