Manchester Prevent Breast Cancer Campaign

Moving forward following breastfest2019 and ensuring Prevent Breast Cancer can see through its goal of preventing this disease for future generations, so much more money needs to be raised. The bottom line is to actually SAVE the breast care service at the Nightingale centre in Wythenshawe hospital. It is incomprehensible to think of the possibility of losing such a life saving service. Millions needs to be raised. As one of PBC’s Boobees, I’m going to do what I can. As I’m one week out of having my second mastectomy and only recently finished my second course of treatment for breast cancer, I need to build up my strength and resilience again, so I’m starting with the Manchester 10k Pink March in May.
