My son Isaac passed away on May 16, 2019 in his sleep. With a heavy heart ..... Heaven has gained another angel my baby boy only 21 years old. Isaac leaves behind a baby boy Akira kane Hernandez ❤ The two of them together would brighten anyones day and the thought that my only grandbaby will grow up not remembering his dad is heartbreaking. There are so many unanswered questions .
