Anthony Alvarez - My Cancer Journey

Anthony Alvarez was diagnosed with cancer in mid-May. The cancer has been moving quickly - lymph nodes, multiple places on his spine, and his hips are now riddled with tumors. The tumors have been fracturing bone and as of today, he has several broken vertebrae and a broken hip. There is still no clear origin for the cancer, but it has continued to eat away and destroy his body. He is currently planning to start hospice care and live as best he can while he can.

No one should ever have to endure the pain and suffering, both physical and mental, of a disease like this. Those who do are amazingly strong; those who do and remain positive throughout are simply amazing. Anthony is one of those amazing people! Past posts from Anthony will be shared here so everyone can see just how amazing he is and how positive he has been throughout his journey. They will also explain his journey, in his own words, better than anyone else can.
