My daughter-in-law Kristen was diagnosed with stage 2B breast cancer in August of last year. Fortunately the cancer is treatable and was isolated to just the breast and only a few of her lymph nodes.

She has been through so much in such a short amount of time... 4 rounds of an aggressive chemo followed by a bi-lateral mastectomy, partial reconstruction and then 6 weeks of radiation.

She has shown so much strength over these past 10 months and will need continued prayers going forward. This week she started round 1 of an additional 12 chemo therapy treatments.

The finish line is in sight however unfortunately with treatment comes bills. Kristen and her family are fortunate enough to have health insurance, however a lot of these medications come with large copays and added coinsurance.

All proceeds and donations raised will go towards her insurance deductible and coinsurance costs.
