Linka’s Powerchair

Linka needs a powerchair!
Due to fatigue and various health issues, Linka is trapped in her house unless someone is with her. What’s fair about that?!
Linka has a wheelchair but she just doesn’t have the energy (being a wheelchair user myself I know how much energy you need - Eva).
If you can spare a fiver for freedom, every little helps! ❤️
Words for more context when Linka realised I’d set up the fundraiser:
“To give a bit of context -I have FND and EDS. I've been in a flare for a month. I've left my house 4 times and all of them with support. A powerchair would mean I could leave the house and hopefully go back to work quicker. My self propel is fine with people but not alone.
My shoulder dislocated and sublux on a daily basis and my tremors are so bad that I often don't have the energy to push, which is why I'm basically trapped in my house at the moment. A powerchair would help me get back my freedom again.
There's no cure for FND or EDS and my FND flares are relapsing every year, each time either getting worse or lasting for longer. I live on my own and don't have much contact with my family. At the moment I rely on friends to do things like shopping or taking me places.
I've lost so much of my independence because of this condition. My FND manifests along a similar line to MS and my relapses debilitate me to the same extent. I'm only 32 and I'm used to living a really full and vibrant life. A powerchair would help me get that back.
Even in days when I have the strength, which are few and far between, the fatigue I experience at the moment is so huge. I miss having a life. I miss work (I travel for work which is impossible right now). I miss feeling like an actual human being with value in the world.”
