Hysterectomy Recovery

Petra is getting an abdominal hysterectomy due to uterine tumors that have left her anemic and in declining health for a few years now. While it is a blessing that Medicaid can cover the cost of the surgery itself, due to the large size of her tumors she has to undergo an invasive surgery that will keep her housebound and in recovery for a few months and unable to work. Anything helps to cover rent, utilities and ongoing bills until Petra can get back to work. Please include an address with each donation so that Petra can send you an artwork; she looks forward to doing these small drawings and paintings as an act of gratitude and creative exploration from her bed as she recovers!!
