A gentleman by the name of Donald called me today pleading for help for a cat he recently started feeding. He said she had babies about 4-5 weeks ago and was fine a few days ago but had not seen her until today and his heart broke when he saw her in this condition Donald has a heart of Gold and has helped and continues to helps sooo many cats and dogs in need in the Miami area. How could I say No to a kitty in need from a man who has helped so many and is asking for help.My wonderful friend, Melissa took her to Laguna Isle Animal Hospital for me this afternoon and named her Gisele ❤️Dr Buster called me late and said it’s bad, the jaw is broken in two places. She can not do this surgery and said she will send me the X-rays in the morning so I can work on getting an orthopedic vet to assist.Dr Buster said she tested negative on FELV / FIV which is great news. She gave her fluids, pain medication and a bunch of other stuff I can’t remember to make her comfortable.I have no idea on what the cost will be so I will adjust the amount noted on this GoFundMe once we get the bill for today and a quote from the surgeon that will perform the surgery. In the meantime I asked Donald to please go look for those kittens. Some veterinarians are ok with getting donations and others are not. I understand it’s time consuming. If you do not like to donate via GoFundMe please consider Donating to my PayPal account that you can find with this e-mail address [email redacted].PLEASE SHARE Gisele’s story to get her the surgery she desperately needs. She is unable to eat on her own and I can’t even imagine the pain she must be feeling. Dr Buster feels this is a result of being attacked by another animal. She saw bite wounds on the top of her head. She most likely was protecting her babies from roaming dogs Thank you, Susan
