Ricky’s Heart

As most of you know Ricky had a quadruple bypass on April 15th. While the surgery was a great success and we are so grateful that his prognosis is great he still has a long road to recovery. Ricky and Tonya started their own catering business a couple of years ago and for those who have been small business owners you know it takes time to turn a profit. For this reason they have been unable to afford health insurance and Ricky’s medications. Ricky will also be unable to return to work for quite some time. On top of all of this their daughter is graduating high school next month and the family is planning to relocate to the Tampa/St Pete area. The medical bills will be insurmountable, Ricky will need medication and the family will need help paying every day bills until he is able to return to work. Please find it in your heart to help this amazing family and my dearest friend during this “bump in the road” I am confident they will pay it forward someday as they have many times before.
