House Fire Recovery for Sarah and Richard

Sarah and Richard had a fire at their house last night that destroyed all of their garage, as well as their minivan. Everyone is fine, including the pets. The rest of the house has smoke damage. They are waiting to hear from the inspector and landlord on what the status of the house is, but will likely need to replace the soft goods, like mattresses and other furniture. All donations will go toward that and whatever recovery they will require.
