Driving Fore Men's Mental Health
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Steve, the “mental health golf guy” and the founder of the “It’s OK Foundation” In the last year, I have been doing fun (but challenging) golf-related initiatives with the goal of bringing attention to men's mental health issues, creating awareness of supports available and sparking conversations along the way- you never know when a simple conversation can have a meaningful impact for someone.
Please visit www.Itsokfoundation.ca for more details of what we have been working on so far, and to follow along with the journey forward.
Between November 12 to 29, along with my wife Tracy, I will be driving through 18 states, stopping at 18 golf courses (one in each state) and playing 1 hole at each course for a total of 18 holes. 18 holes. 18 states (and two provinces, but who’s counting). 18 days.

Movember supports many men's health initiatives including mental health programs, both in Canada and the US.
If you would like to donate directly to the Movember campaign, you can find our page by searching “Driving Fore Men's Mental Health”.
Thank you so much and remember, if you feel you are struggling with your mental health, it’s OK to reach out to someone; anyone! You may be surprised to find your path to healing can begin with opening yourself up to a simple conversation.
