186 Miles for Young Smiles: A Rapid Challenge for Nest Pembs

My wife, Charmain, and I, Kyle, are excited to raise funds for Nest Pembrokeshire, a fantastic organization that supports neurodivergent children and their families. We’re passionate about this cause and want to help provide the resources, activities, and support these children need to thrive. Every donation we receive will go directly to creating opportunities and a nurturing environment for these incredible children. Your support means the world to us!

To raise money, we’ll be walking/running the entire 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, a journey that usually takes between 12 and 15 days to complete. Our goal? To conquer it in just 6 days!

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path stretches from St Dogmaels to Amroth, with a total ascent and descent of about 35,000 feet—that’s higher than Mt Everest!

A little bit more about Nest Pembrokeshire.

Nest Pembrokeshire supports autistic, ADHD, and neurodivergent teens and children who are facing barriers to school attendance. It is a much needed support.

Nest helps them learn and thrive in ways that suit them best. With twice-weekly meet-up days it offers a welcoming space for fun crafts, engaging learning activities, socialising with like-minded peers, and exciting trips—making education a joy, not a struggle.

Nest also provides bespoke online learning support tailored to their unique interests, plus daily check-ins to keep them connected and supported. For families, many of whom have left work to home-educate when mainstream school doesn’t fit, Nest is a unique community and support network.

Your donations help Nest give these amazing young people and their families the support they really need and deserve, and helps provide this service for low income families. It will also pay towards craft materials and trips.
