Help Claire Thomas reach the World Dragon Boat Championships

Hi, my name is Jodie and I would like to raise funds for Claire Thomas to help her compete at the 17th World Dragon Boat Championships in Brandenburg Germany.

After a rigorous selection process Claire has been chosen to represent our National team ‘The Auroras’ in Germany in July 2025.

Our club the Hawkesbury River Dragons are so proud of Claire and representing Australia is an amazing accomplishment.

While some Australian sporting teams receive funding for world championships dragon boating doesn’t.

The expense for Claire is significant and in excess of $10,000.00.

Those in the Berowra community who have met Claire or have watched us compete in The Amazing Race together, know that she is the most generous and kind person. I couldn’t think of a better representative for Australia.
