The former grounds of the American Shakespeare Festival Theatre will soon house the world’s only Timber Framed Re-creation of Shakespeare’s 1614 Globe Theatre, as part of the American Globe Center Campus, which also includes a Modern Performing Arts Center and Multi-function/Event Space - the Stratford Playhouse. 

Stratford, CT will become home to a true destination for the region, the nation, and the world - presenting engaging, entertainment-guaranteed classical theatre, alongside the best of today’s hits, to thousands of visitors.

We are a group of established theatre and business professionals with a proven track record of funding and building commercially successful Shakespeare re-creation theatres, providing excellence in entertainment, education, and economic development.

Your donation will go directly to our 1614 Globe Kickoff Fund, which will help us provide excellence in:

- Architectural Design

- An Education Endowment

- A Design Symposium

- A Globe-Building Timber Workshop

- Feasibility, Transportation, and Site Studies

- Consultants for IDEA - Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility
