Help support Nathan and his family

Hi, my name is Nicole, and I along with some friends and family, are fundraising to help our friend Tracy support her family while her middle son Nathan is in the hospital due to an inoperable blood clot in his brain, and a rare type of stroke called a Cerebellar stroke that has left him in the ICU.

Tracy is a single mom of 3 that works 2 jobs to support her kids, but will be taking time off to be with her son and aid with his recovery. Nathan is an outgoing 16 year old who is kind and caring kid that is always willing to lend a helping hand. He is a remarkable individual - his hard working spirit and respectful nature have resonated with countless people, and has endeared him to everyone around him. Nathan is described by family and friends as an amazing brother and a great son who loves helping others and contributing positivity to every encounter he is a part of. Nathan excels at bringing light into every room and deserves to have his mom by his side while he recovers from this tragic event.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to raise enough money for Nathan to have the best care possible and allow his loved ones to make him the priority in the upcoming months while he fights to regain a sense of normality. His health and well being is the main goal of everyone around him and his family deserves to spend as much time as they can putting his recovery and care first.

The money from this GoFundme will be going towards paying rent, groceries, private care workers, physiotherapy, specialist appointments and relieving the financial stress on Tracy while she focuses on Nathan's healing as well as being able to continue to provide for her 2 other children; Lauren and Julien.

This family is truly remarkable and we are hoping that the community comes together to allow them time to heal and recovery from the horrible medical condition that Nathan is fighting.
