Dear Family and Friends, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for someone who means the world to me — my mom, Tammy.

My mom has always been the strongest person I know. She’s the one who taught me how to be kind, how to work hard, and how to keep going no matter what life throws our way. She’s the kind of person who gives everything she has to everyone else — family, friends, even strangers — without ever expecting anything in return. She’s spent her whole life taking care of others, and now, she’s the one who needs our help.

A few weeks ago, our world was turned upside down when my mom was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, a very aggressive and difficult form of cancer. Despite this heartbreaking news, she has continued to face each day with strength, faith, and her trademark determination. My mom isn’t just my mother — she’s the heart of our family and my best friend. She’s my children’s biggest cheerleader, their “Memaw,” who never misses a school or sports event, birthday, or hug unless she’s caught up at work. Watching her go through this fight is something I wish I could take away from her.

She’s been working so hard all her life, and even now, she tries to stay strong for all of us — but the road ahead is going to be tough. She’ll be facing months of chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, and recovery. During this time, she won’t be able to work as much, and the medical bills and living expenses are already adding up.

I’m creating this fundraiser to try to take some of that burden off her shoulders, so she can focus on what really matters — healing and staying strong.

Her medical bills and treatment costs

Travel to and from appointments

Everyday expenses while she’s unable to work

Helping her stay comfortable and supported during recovery

My mom has spent her whole life giving to others — now it’s our turn to give back to her. Even the smallest donation, or sharing this page, means more than words can say.
