❤️ THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE... BUT THEY NEVER STOPPED BELIEVING. ❤️

Every once in a while, sports gives us a story that reminds us why we love the game.

The Windsor Wildcats U15 Tier I weren't expected to make this run. They weren't the favourites. They weren't the team everyone was talking about. ❤️

But these incredible young athletes refused to let anyone define what they were capable of. With determination, resilience, and an unwavering belief in one another, they battled through every challenge, shocked the competition, and have now earned the honour of representing Ontario at the 2026 Canadian Fastpitch Championships in Fredericton, New Brunswick, from July 28 to August 2! ❤️

This isn't just about softball.

It's about young girls chasing a dream they earned through countless early mornings, late-night practices, bruises, tears, sacrifices, and an unbreakable commitment to each other. It's about proving that hard work, heart, and teamwork can overcome the odds.

Now they have the opportunity of a lifetime. But getting from Windsor to New Brunswick comes with a significant cost including airfare, accommodations, transportation, tournament fees, and team expenses. We are fundraising to help ensure that every player has the opportunity to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime experience. The costs are approximately $1000 per player and any support that decreases this cost is greatly appreciated.

That's where our community comes in.
