15k Tough Mudder in loving memory of "Big Nath"

Hello everyone,

On Saturday 30th July, Dan (Nathan's brother) and I will participate in a 15k - 30 obstacle Tough Mudder up in Skipton, Yorkshire. We're doing this to raise money and awareness of a local organisation close to Nath called Mindsmatter Fylde and Wyre.

We will be raising money in the name of my cousin, Nathan Roskell, who we sadly lost late last year. After speaking with his family, they have asked that any money raised by doing this will go to a local organisation close to Nath, which was Mindsmatter Fylde and Wyre. The aim is to raise as much money as possible for an organisation that helped Nathan significantly over the years. Any donations, big or small, would mean the world to our family and would have meant the world to him too.

We both wish nothing more than that he was here to do it alongside us, but he will be watching over us, probably laughing as we struggle along the course. Hopefully, we can do him proud, complete the challenge, and raise money for something so close to him. Nath always wanted to keep making memories and told everyone to do the same, so we'll do just that.

We are part of the nationwide Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service delivered by Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. We aim to provide people who experience difficulties such as stress, anxiety and depression with access to our service. We aim to empower people to make informed choices and changes to improve well-being and live fulfilled lives by offering a range of talking therapies and self-help to meet their needs. - Any money raised will go towards extra staff training and be used for any outsourcing needs to make extra training possible."
