In October, I’ve set myself the challenge of completing 5 km every single day for 31 days — a total of 155km ran (and maybe the odd walk) — in Memory of Cal Edwards - to raise funds for Andy’s Man Club.

Andy’s Man Club is an incredible charity that provides a safe, supportive space for men to open up about their mental health. Their message, “It’s okay to talk,” has changed and saved countless lives by breaking the stigma around men speaking out.

By committing to this daily challenge, I want to push myself physically and mentally while supporting a cause that truly matters. Whether I’m running or walking, I’ll be showing up every day — because consistency is at the heart of what Andy’s Man Club stands for: being there, listening, and never giving up.

More information about ANDYSMANCLUB Limited: ANDYSMANCLUB are a male suicide prevention charity. We were established in 2016 after the tragic loss of Andrew Roberts to suicide aged 23. We facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK for any man to attend over 18. We provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. We have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
