With deep sadness, we share that Ziyan passed away peacefully on 10/02/2025. She faced everything with incredible strength, grace, and kindness. We are heartbroken but grateful for the love and support everyone has shown throughout this journey.

The fundraiser is now closed, and we will no longer be accepting new donations. All existing funds raised will now go toward funeral expenses / supporting her family / honoring her memory in the ways she wished.

Hello everyone, my name is Yiqi Zhong, and I am writing on behalf of my niece Luo Ziyan and her parents to ask for your support.

Ziyan is 24 years old. At an age when she should be chasing her dreams and building her future, she is instead in a life-or-death battle against cancer that has lasted 15 long years.

She is a brilliant and hardworking graduate student, full of aspirations and determination. But heartbreakingly, cancer has shadowed most of her life.

At just 9 years old, she underwent major liver surgery for a large tumor and was diagnosed with undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver. Since then, the disease has come back again and again, forcing her into multiple life-threatening surgeries. Yet, despite the suffering, she never gave up—she kept studying, kept smiling, and kept fighting.

In August 2025, devastating news struck once more: multiple new tumors have appeared in her liver and abdomen, along with severe fluid buildup and peritoneal thickening. She is now in the ICU, relying on strong painkillers just to endure the unbearable pain.

Over the years, her family has spent everything they had and borrowed heavily to continue her treatments. Today, they are deep in debt and can no longer cover the overwhelming costs of ICU care, medications, and further treatments.

At this critical moment, we humbly ask for your kindness and support:

Ziyan is still so young. She dreams of completing her studies and giving back to her parents who have sacrificed everything for her. Please help her hold on to hope and buy more precious time.

大家好，我是 Yiqi Zhong，我在这里替我的亲侄女 罗梓嫣 和她的父母向大家求助。

梓嫣今年24岁，本应是追逐梦想、开创未来的年纪。她是一个硕士研究生，聪明努力，心怀理想。但令人心碎的是，她的生命中已有 15年都在与癌症抗争。

9岁那年，她因肝部巨大肿瘤接受了切除手术，病理确诊为 肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤。自那以后，病魔一次次卷土重来，她一次次被推上手术台，接受了多次大手术。即便如此，她依然坚持读书，用微笑面对生活，从不轻言放弃。

然而，2025年8月的检查再次击碎了希望：肝脏和腹部多发肿块复发转移，腹腔积液、腹膜增厚……她目前已住进重症ICU，只能依靠强效止痛药勉强缓解剧烈的疼痛。

这些年来，家里的积蓄早已耗尽，父母四处借债为她筹钱，如今已再也无力承担后续高昂的治疗费用。

此刻，我们真心恳请社会上的好心人伸出援手：
