1426 Studios Storefront Gallery

Hi my name is Jennifer Towner. I have studio space in the 1426 South Jackson Studios in the International/Central District of Seattle. A group of us in the building have been talking of the idea of creating a storefront studio space gallery.

I feel a calling to make this happen. I would like to raise $5,000 to cover the cost to lease the space for a year to get it up and running. Any additional money raised would cover cost of paint, furniture, publicity, and perhaps a nice sign for the space. 

I envision this place being a meeting place for the community, a gallery for people who have studios in the building a storefront shop, and also a space for workshops, readings, a place to build community.

 I can offer paintings and prints as a token of my appreciation.
