Over the past 15 years I have been fortunate to be part of the Grand Street Family - a settlement house helping families, youth and the elderly from the Lower East Side of NYC and Brooklyn for over a 100 years:

I initially joined as a volunteer mentoring kids via a program called JUMP! (Juniors Undertaking Manhattan’s Pleasures) and then joined the board in 2015. It has been an honor and privilege to be part of such a wonderful organization that has impacted and changed the lives of so many individuals and families in their community.

This year I signed up for the Louisville Ironman that will take place on October 15th and have dedicated each of the 140.6 miles to the Grand Street Family.
