Update: Our boy is doing well! We are hoping his discharge from the hospital will be in the next few days. His surgeries all went very well and he is feeling much better. He still has a few months of recovery but he's definitely on the mend! We want to thank you all for your kindness, well wishes, get well messages and generosity of your donations. I am starting this GoFundMe page for a single mother of 3 young boys. Her oldest son (14 yrs) was struck by a car on Nov. 03rd in Windsor ON while going home after school. He is in London Children's Hospital in serious condition. He may be in the hosipital for some time and has undergone multiple surgeries so far on his head, ankle, leg, jaw, cheek bone and eye. He may need more surgeries down the road. Mom has been staying in London while her other 2 children (12yrs and 5 yrs) are in Windsor, they are taken care of by family. The youngest is also Autistic, so mom needs all the help she can get. She was about to start a full-time job the same day this tragedy took place, so now her employment is put on hold until her son is stable enough and back in Windsor. Due to the severity of his injuries, we know it is going to take to some time for him to get better, both physically and mentally. If you can donate, she would be forever grateful to you.
