1 in 7 women get breast cancer in their lifetimes - that's the equivalent of one person in every full Pilates class (including the instructor) at The Reform Lab... a sobering thought.

But through charitable funding... research, awareness, diagnosis, treatment and care are constantly improving.

It’s a cause close to my heart which is why for the last 14 days of October, Breast Cancer Awareness month, I will be doing a reformer class every day to raise money! The classes will be documented via The Reform Lab’s pages, so follow along to see how I get on… and please donate if you can!!
