Hello, I am Henry Hughes DLY!

I am fundraising for the 13th European Deaf Swimming Championships and this is my 2nd call up for Great Britain, following the Deaflympics in 2025.

If you are not aware then Deaflympians and Elite Deaf Athletes are not funded by the UK Government, UK Sport or TeamGB in the UK.

Whilst my advocacy means that the UK Government and Minister of Sport are in alignment to change this discriminatory sport policy, change is not quick and it means for now that those Elite Deaf Athletes and Deaflympians still have to fundraise for our championships.

So I am asking if you can kindly contribute (if you can) to my fundraising efforts, whilst the official fundraising target is TBC, I am setting a goal of £2k to ensure I cover everything I can.
