With just $13, you can provide a “Hamper” – a food basket tailored to meet the essential needs of a family of five for TWO full weeks. Each Hamper includes:

5 kg of Mealie-Meal – Zimbabwe's staple food

Cooking Oil for preparing food

Dried Beans for protein and nourishment

Salt and Sugar for essential nutrients and flavor

Two Heads of Cabbage and a Dozen Tomatoes – fresh vegetables to complete balanced, nutritious meals
