This World Down Syndrome Day, we’re organising a 12km group hike through the beautiful Chiltern Hills to raise funds and awareness for the Down Syndrome Association.
Starting and finishing at Wendover Station, we’ll walk a circular trail through one of the most scenic areas in the countryside — coming together as a community to support a cause that truly matters.
This walk is organised by X21 Trails, a hiking-led movement using adventure, storytelling, and community to support charities and families who need it most.
The Down’s Syndrome Association does incredible work supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the UK — providing guidance, advocacy, education, and community.
This hike is our way of showing support and helping more people discover the work they do.
