Digging Out Of A Nightmare: Getting There

There have been a few life changes that have occurred. Mom found a job at KFC (but it's fast food pay - it is what it is). Mom's other half has things he has to deal with on his side of things as well as doing what he can to help. The husband and I help where we can.
We have made a fair amount of head-way towards digging out from the 4 months of dumpster fire status. However, it's not quite fast enough. We still need just a little bit of help.
Here is the breakdown of current needs:
- $600 (fairly immediately - past due debt that needs settled and resulted from the 120 days of nightmares).
- $350 (house payment).
- $360 (utilities - working on repairing leaks etc. that have been recently discovered and this amount is after paying half the utilities so far).
I have it listed at $1400 to adjust for GFM's fees.

The last 120 days or so for my family has been an absolute series of nightmares.
Starting at the end of July:
- Mom's then boyfriend falls out in CA and winds up in the hospital, eventually discovering he needed a triple-bypass. This puts him off work for quite a while, putting financial strain on an already bad situation.
- Mom takes the quickest job she can get. Winds up hurt and on workers comp, making 500$ less a month. SHORTLY AFTER making a repayment plan with the mortgage company to save the house.
- Boyfriend breaks up with her, leaving her high and dry financially.
- Develops a small hole in her bedroom roof and ceiling (of which there is a temporary patch but it needs a more permanent fix).
- She lost a mare suddenly.
- She is still off work as no one will hire her until her WC claim is closed out.
- Latest attempts at a repayment plan on the house have failed.
- Utilities are set to be cut off the week of Thanksgiving (right before a major cold spell is supposed to set in and my husband has severe sleep apnea).
- Barn rent is behind and he's threatening to 'do something' (most likely sell the animals to recoup money).
We have tapped every resource we have.
We are literally throwing ourselves on the good graces of the court.
I've listed this campaign at 3K right now to account for GFM's fees etc. 2500$ is really what is needed to have a fighting chance right now.
