This picture is 9 years old and is how I want to look again.  I want to be able to walk without assistance.  I want to be able to use my right arm and shoulder without pain and limited mobility.  I want to hug and lift and hug my grandchildren and others that I care for.
I had my right shoulder replaced in NOV 2019, it FAILED, 5 times.  There was a 100% blockage in my left coronary artery which required 2 stents; 3 weeks in the hospital, my legs collapsed cased by fatty cysts on my spine that required surgery.  While in the hospital I contracted Sepsis; 6 weeks in the hospital.  After going home and finishing the medication I went back for another revision, there was a renal issue, 4 weeks in the hospital. Back into the hospital for another revision, another failure, major pain.  Finally a year later, cleaned out and pain getting less.  I have lost time at work, my legs haven't worked for most of a year.  For each day you do not use your legs it takes 3 days of therapy to gain mobility.  The money has just gone one way, out.  I have gotten help from my faith community, fraternity brothers, but, not enough to keep my head above water.  The out of pocket in 2020 has been about $36,000, even with the help I have received, I am just about out of cash.
I know that I can get better I just need the shot in the arm(not a joke). I know with just this amount I can make it happen.  Please give me the shot in the arm.
Getting this infusion as soon as possible will set me up to succeed and, I know that I will.
