12 hour shift on a indoor bike

Steve (Derby Arena) and Myself (Springwood) will be attempting to spend 12hours (equal to a typical shift for our frontline workers) being active mainly on an indoor bike to raise much needed funds for The NHS Charities together fund,  Treetops Hospice (a wonderful place that has personally helped my family), Derby Macmilan unit (again helped family friends) . The monies raised will be split between all 3 parties.
