We are raising money for the Laura Brennan Charitable Trust. The Trust was set up in memory of our much loved team mate Laura who tragically passed away suddenly in 2008 after a very short illness.
For over 10 years we as a team along with Killester Basketball Club have hosted the Laura Brennan Memorial Tournament, an under 18s basketball tournament in Lauras memory. This year obviously due to the pandemic we were unable to host the annual tournament and so are hoping to do something else in her memory while raising some much needed funds for the charity.
The Laura Brennan Trust supports children up to the age of 18 who may be suffering from serious, life threatening or life limiting illness' within the local and surrounding communities.
