I’m a nurse practitioner with a deep passion for neurocritical care, a field where I witness every day both the remarkable resilience of the human brain and the profound vulnerability it faces in times of illness. This December, I’m taking on the 12 Days of 5Ks Challenge to raise funds in support of brain tumor and cancer research.

My goal is to raise $500 for the American Cancer Society, and I’m committed to completing 12 days of 5Ks. For every $1,000 raised, I’ll add three additional days of running (or at the very least, walking!) a 5K in honor of those fighting this disease.
