My name is Latesha Vasquez and I am running for Vice President of Nursing Homes in Brooklyn, NY with one of the most powerful unions, 1199SEIU! 

I have been a dedicated Union member for over 12 years and 9 of those years as a Delegate at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island. I have served on several key committees, including Labor Management, Jobs, and Hearings and Appeals, demonstrating my commitment to leadership and ensuring fairness and respect for all union members.

These experiences have fueled my passion for advocating for my colleagues with integrity and determination. With your support I will be able to secure the ballot and continue to campaign for this election, which occurs every three years. Petitions are currently circulating in the facilities I will represent in several communities in Brooklyn, New York and other boroughs.
