110 Mile Challenge for Dr Kershaw's!
Hello, my name is Jason Oliver and on the 15th of June, I am attempting to run roughly 110 miles up the Pennine Way, from Edale to Hardraw North Yorkshire. This race is called The Spine Challenger South (more info at https://www.thespinerace.com/race/montane-winter-spine/montane-winter-spine-challenger-south/) and since I have done a few ultra-long races and understand how they work, have decided to run this one for charity. Recent events and our interactions with Dr. Kershaw's charity have inspired this fundraiser, in order to give back to the staff that work tirelessly to ensure free, specialist, end-of-life, and palliative care for those with life-limiting illnesses and the well-being support for patients and families affected. The amount they have helped and continue to help others despite underfunding has inspired me to give back to such an amazing cause that we are beyond lucky to have.
