11 yr old Graven 4 wheeler injury & recovery

Graven is 11 yrs old and was involved in an ATV accident that resulted in a emergency surgery while on vacation. He is currently on a ventilator and moderately sedated to keep him comfortable and allow time to reduce some swelling in his neck. He is able to communicate with hand signals and mouthing words. This kid is a fighter!! The surgeon thinks he will be making a excellent recovery but the recovery time could be lengthy.
