10th Annual Coyle Family MS Benefit
Donation protected
I would like to tell you about someone very special to me and my family: my Mom, who like 400,000 other people in the United States, is living with multiple sclerosis. It has been over 20 years since she was first diagnosed and despite living with MS, her commitment to life and spirit is strong. Our mom has supported each of us every step of the way growing up and now we are committed to supporting her by holding our 10th Annual Coyle Family MS Benefit.
Multiple sclerosis interrupts the flow of information between the brain and body and stops people from moving. Every hour in the United States, someone is newly diagnosed with MS, an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system. Symptoms range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are moving us closer to a world free of MS.
On January 21st, 2017, my family and I will be hosting a Beef and Beer at Knights of Columbus located at Knorr St and Rowland Avenue from 8:00 pm-12:00am, to raise money for things such as equipment for our mom. Our goal for 2017 is to purchase a wheelchair accessible van. Our family's goal is to raise $1000.00 but we need your help to do it!
