‍♀️ 10km Run for Ukraine

At the start of this December , my parents Mike and Terry Abreu, will be driving unsupported all the way to Ukraine with a van full of medical supplies, essentials, and Christmas presents for children, soldiers, and families in need. They’ve already managed to fill their van with donated goods. Mike and his friends have been going these past few years with support from Wareham and Swanage Rugby clubs also St Mary’s RC and St Joseph’s in Poole. This time they are driving the van solo across the border to Sokal and all money donations received will go to Caritas-Sokal charity in Ukraine.

To support their mission, I’ll be aiming to run 10km at the end of November to help raise funds for this heartfelt cause. Exact date and location tbd but I will keep you posted. Every pound donated will go directly towards those who need our support.

As the holidays approach, many in Ukraine continue to face incredibly tough conditions — your support can help bring not only relief, but also a bit of hope and kindness this Christmas.
