On the 11th May, myself and Shayla will be running the Caerphilly 10k in honour of our Nanna who sadly passed away in November 2024 after suffering a stroke earlier in the year. All of the money raised will be donated to the Stroke Association so further support can be given to other people in need. All support is much appreciated.
