10k Run for Harry’s Rainbow

Hey everyone! I'm running 10k on July 15th to support Harry's Rainbow, a children's bereavement charity that provides support to children in and around Milton Keynes.

It's incredibly inspiring to see a charity that's dedicated to providing children with the support they need to cope with the loss of a loved one and helps children navigate the difficult process of grieving

The various services Harry's provide are designed to ensure that bereaved children are supported in the grieving process, from the provision of books and resources and individually tailored memory boxes to activities that promote well-being by building confidence and self-esteem. Facilitating contact with others who have also suffered a bereavement can also reduce the feeling of isolation and loneliness.
