10K run for DementiaUK

In February this year we lost my amazing grandad “Grumpy” he was and still is a very important figure in my life and was always there when we needed him in time of crisis. He suffered with Alzheimer’s and during the last few months of his life we as a family especially found out how difficult this disease is to live with. In his memory I will be running a 10k run in April to raise money for Dementia UK. Any donations would be greatly appreciated
