10k Fundraising Walk - POTs UK

Anya was recently diagnosed with POTS, a chronic autonomic disorder that causes a rapid heart rate increase when standing or sitting up. This can lead to a plethora of symptoms that can be debilitating, ranging from dizziness to heart palpitations, chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, extreme fatigue, gastrointestinal issues, and more.

Several of us will be walking 10k in the Maldon area to raise funds on October 12th. We will be wearing purple, as this is a common symbol of support for sufferers.

The mission of POTS UK is to provide accessible evidence, informed support, education and awareness for those struggling with POTS, as well as healthcare providers.
