On the 7th July, I’ll be running a 10k to raise money for gutsUK, in support of my friend Gabrielle who has suffered from complicated gut issues for many years now!

Considering I ran for the first time properly last week, this is a huge challenge for me!!

GutsUK provide support, education and research for people suffering from a variety of different issues including stomas, intestinal failure and feeding tubes! This money will go towards funding further research in areas of medicine which are typically underfunded and misunderstood.

Any money would be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping people like Gabs.
