Come and join us to salute the sun as many times as you can to raise funds for Om Yoga Works Foundation
Our challenge is all about raising funds for the Om Yoga Works Foundation and was originally planned to be at the studio. Of course due to the recent pandemic we’ve had to think outside of the box a little and after much deliberation we thought ‘why not’ let’s take this wonderful charity event omline.
Sun salutations are a flowing sequence of movements; there will be a variation of options on offer from a fast flowing vinyasa to a more gentle chair yoga and there is even a slot for your children too. We’ll have dedicated teachers available via Zoom who will talk you through the sun salutations. If you are happy to just join in and enjoy the atmosphere there will be a beautiful recording of the Bija Mantras available as well as a dedicated playlist for you to sing along to!
Everybody can join in and all are welcome!

Cost:There is a minimum donation of £10.00 but why not think about sponsorship or indeed get your whole family involved in our family challenge !
If you cant join us live in a zoom room please do the challenge at a time that suits you and send us a photo or video or you/your family doing the challenge
