104 Miles for the Life I Almost Lost
Donation protected
As you all know me my name is Graham and I have decided on the 7th June I’m running 104 miles and 14,000ft of elevation along the southern upland way in between 24-30 hours for mental health charities — because this isn’t just a challenge, it’s a statement.
Six years ago, my life was knocked off its axis. I faced a storm that left me questioning everything — my strength, my worth, even my will to keep going. I reached a point I never imagined I’d stand on, staring into the kind of darkness most people never see. And yet… here I am. Still standing. Still pushing forward. Still refusing to be defined by the worst chapters of my story.
This run isn’t about medals or records. It’s about resilience. It’s about looking at the pain, the heartbreak, the moments that nearly crushed me — and using them as fuel to help others who are standing on that same edge right now.
Mental health struggles don’t come with neat hashtags or polished Instagram posts. They’re raw, messy, and brutally real. And too many people are fighting those battles in silence. That’s why I’m doing this — to raise money, to raise awareness, and to remind anyone out there struggling that they are not alone, and that survival is a victory in itself.
If you believe in the power of second chances, in turning scars into strength, and in standing tall when life tries to bury you — back me. Donate, share, cheer me on. Let’s turn this pain into purpose, and let’s show the world what resilience really looks like.
