In 2012 I had car accidents, which left me with severe back pain. While being evaluated for my pain I was diagnosed with a heart condition. I am now in need of open heart surgery to replace an Aortic Valve. In December I had a heart attack unrelated to my heart condition. This left me with a stent in my artery and Coronary artery disease as well as heart disease. Just when I thought things could not get any-worse, in February 2014 I found out the car accident I experienced caused more damage then the doctors thought. I was advised I needed emergency surgery to avoid paralysis, I now have nerve damage. I had a discectomy on the neck portion of my spine. which left me with hardware and a titanium cage on the inside of my neck. I am still in need of of more nuero surgeries on my lower spine and the open heart surgery to replace Aortic valve, It has been by the grace of God that I have made it this far.

I have been waiting on SSD for nearly two years and my bills continue to pile up. I am 45 years old and have been a Corporate travel agent for 15 years, because of all the medical problems I was forced to stop working which left me without health insurance to get proper medical care or be able to afford my many expensive medications. I have had to go back in the hospital many times because of complications due to rationing my meds to make them last. I am asking for donations for medical expenses, and outstanding medical bills.
