10-13: Support Paramedic Brandon Smith

The Ulster County EMS Council is raising money to support Paramedic Brandon Smith, who is a Paramedic and Educational Specialist for New Paltz Rescue Squad. He recently had a critical medical emergency and underwent a major surgery at a local hospital. We are raising money to give to Brandon to help him with his expenses and bills while he is out recovering. We are also hosting a 10-13 Dinner on January 15th if anyone is interested. The support efforts are a combined effort between the Ulster County EMS Council, New Paltz Rescue Squad and the Plattekill Fire Department whom all have contributed to helping Brandon in one way or another.

The committee for this GoFundMe and fundraising efforts consists of 7 members of the council. There is no beneficiary for this fundraiser because we will be issuing a check to Brandon from the EMS council. Anyone who is looking to audit the fundraiser, is asked to email Executives at ulstercountyemscoucil.com between January 30-February 7th and we will arrange for community members to be able to audit the fundraiser to ensure full compliance with laws is followed.
