100K Trail Run

On the 16th of this month I will be attempting to complete a 100km along the South West Coastal Path.

I will start from the Bowgie in Crantock, and I aim to reach Landsend at around 2-3pm the following day. 

 

I am running to raise money again for musical equipment for the 4 special schools in Cornwall.

 

Doubletrees  -        St. Blazey Gate

Curnow School -   Redruth

Nancealverne -      Penzance

Pencalenick -          Truro

 

This run is to highlight the importance and the necessity of music in the Special School Curriculum. Music can enhance language and communication and learning for children of all abilities, and is so much more than 'mere fun and frivolity'. Music and the role it has to play in education should not be overlooked in these uncertain times.
