100cameras Bangladesh

Our mission is to expose underprivileged children in concentrated areas of poverty in Dhaka to use photography as a visual way to cope, as well as give them a platform to express injustices occurring in these under-documented places of the world. We hope these children will be empowered to shape their own future through learning how to use their unique experiences under difficult circumstances and produce creative pieces of work. This will not only gives them a sense of ownership, but also would open up a new perspective often hidden and well deserving to be shared with the world.
We plan to travel to Bangladesh for the first two weeks of July. Our project would be focused on working with the students that attend schools under Teach For Bangladesh, our partner organization. Teach For Bangladesh is a non-profit organization that is a part of Teach For All - a growing global network working to expand educational opportunity in third world communities.

No donation is too small! All proceeds will be used to help fund for project costs, such as: cameras, journals, lodging, and supplies.

We greatly appreciate your support!
