Aloha mai kakou!
Hawaii’s first holiday was celebrated on July 31st 1843. La Ho’iho’i Ea began with a flag ceremony at 12 noon at Thomas Square, raising Hawaii’s Flag back to its rightful place representing Hawaii’s people.
We are asking for your action! For every donation of $5 or more we will plant a 18”x12” Hawaiian Flag on the median coming down Kailua Road on the morning of July 31st, 2020. We will be adding a red ribbon to each flag with the first name and last initial of each supporter.
This is a show of support to this incredible place that we live. A place that shares a rich history of justice and liberty for all.
